Siri began her career in the restaurant industry at the age of 16 and continued in the hotel industry after high school. With 35 years of experience in various leadership positions, hotel openings, and concepts in the hotel industry, including the Grand Hotel in Oslo, Siri has had an influential career. She was the hotel manager there for four years and was behind the successful Ladies Floor concept. She then became the project manager and concept developer for THE THIEF hotel in Tjuvholmen. From 2014 to 2016, she worked as the communications manager for both THE THIEF and Tjuvholmen.

From 2016 to 2018, Siri founded the company Story Days, where she provided consulting and project management in communication, marketing, and PR. She undertook the development of two of Norway's most exciting hotel projects, Amerikalinjen (opened on March 15, 2019) and Sommerro (opened on September 1, 2022), both in Oslo. The latter is her largest project to date. Siri has focused fully on concept development and branding for Sommerro and also developed the unique concept Villa Inkognito, which opened in April 2023.

Siri is now the Concept & Development Manager for Deich, a future hub for photography in the heart of Oslo. Deich will open in 2027 and will house one of Norway's largest photo collections, the Møllersamlingen, in addition to a new photo museum. The museum will feature exhibitions ranging from international stars to new Norwegian talents. The entire 14,000 square meters will be filled with all forms of photography, from art to historical images and press photos, as well as dining areas, meeting and event spaces. Deich will have outdoor seating around the entire building, extending from the new Government Park.
